1 Timothy 4:12

I am Sandra and I make people sing!
I grew being an Agnostic most of my life until I gave my all to Christ over a year ago and I couldn't be happier! I am not ashamed of being his disciple and I know my time here will be used to share the GOOD NEWS! I never knew I could love so many people. It fills me with joy to think how blessed I have been.
I enjoy music, jokes, dancing, sitcoms, outdoors, epic beards, raspy voices, cds, shivering, worship, writing, soccer, movies and whole bunch of other stuff!
What has the Lord done in your life today? I would love to know. And if you are not a believer, why don't you believe?

This vs That #2

I have previously made clear how much I LOVE Florence & The Machine and Fleetwood Mac.

Here is a very popular song made famous by Fleetwood called The Chain. As you all know I am a huge fan of great covers. I think Florence and The Machine does justice to the original - remember when I first saw the video I was amazed on how good it was and how she made it her own. Check it out here.

They Deserve An Exclusive Post

Fleet Foxes, you cannot be a hipster if you don’t like them. Formed in Seattle, WA, with only an two EP’s and two full-length albums, this band has gained extreme popularity with several critically acclaimed magazines. Well, they should they are dang amazing! Robin Pecknold (lead singer) has an elegant way of writing lyrics, his wild imagination helps the listener create a visual interpretation of what he is singing. Don’t even get me started with the harmonies, they sure do know how to sooth the ear.

Anywho, this band has done astounding things to me. It’s rare to recognize a band that are not classified as Christian to help you spiritually. This is what Fleet Foxes has done to me. I don’t know if their lyrics are meant to be glorifying to God but I interpret them that way. I don’t know how to explain for it to make sense - when I hear them in my head I always think Yeah, Jesus you’re awesome

If you have NOT heard of this band. I encourage you to do so. Please. Here you just have to click these links.

White Winter Hymnal Grown Ocean

Another reason to like this man even more.

These guys are talented. I am so digging this cover over the original.

Gungor is definitely one of my favorite Christian bands. Their lyrics reminds us to praise God for things we often forget that are HIS!
